The 3-day workshop “Community Development: Local Cultural Policy and Cultural Management” passed in Kyiv, on December 8-10, 2011. It was organized by “Development through Culture”, Centre of Cultural Management (Lviv) and ECF). Representatives of local cultural administrations and NGOs from 10 Ukrainian cities took part in the workshop conducted by the British well-known expert, Phil Wood. Using the “Future Search” method participants tried to find out common ground in formulating the local cultural policies.
